Split the cost of sessions by adding on an additional person/persons to any session for £5 per person per session.


  • 15-25 minutes.

  • 2 to 5 movements done at a high level of intensity.

  • Most effective way to get fit.

  • Challenge your cardiovascular capacity, put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat.

  • As little rest as possible between work to make your body more energy-efficient/fitter.

  • 2-3 times per week depending on training experience.

  • 20-40 minutes.

  • 5 to 10 movements done at a moderate level of intensity.

  • Effect way to get fit without as much intensity as a Metcon.

  • Train endurance, strength, technique and pure mental toughness.

  • As little rest between reps/sets as possible to enable long sustained bouts of exercise.

  • Up to 5 times per week.

  • Price per number of sessions per week (4 week booking):

    3 - £20 per session

    2 - £23 per session

Personal Training

  • 50-60 minutes.

  • Varying intensity throughout.

  • Focus on technique.

  • Specific strength/power work.

  • Includes a Metcon or a Chipper workout.

Different session lengths & intensities- Why?

  • Some types of workouts are more effective, period!

  • The most effective workouts for fitness and fat loss. They revolve around 2 to 3 exercises performed at high intensity for short durations.

  • My workouts combine bodyweight exercises, weightlifting and cardio altogether to active maximum results and fitness. Outdated drawn out weightlifting workouts and boring separate cardio sessions are a thing of the past.

  • I plan your workouts and come up with a game plan for how to get the most out of each workout.

  • Short and intense workouts (Metcon) are recommended only twice per week due to their taxing nature on the central nervous system.

  • Moderate to high intensity, longer workouts (Chipper) are available for those who prefer this. These are recommended for additional sessions for those doing 2 Metcon workouts per week.

  • Chipper workouts are recommended for those working around injuries or who may be slightly older. Short intense workouts are not recommended for this type of clientel.

  • Structured, time efficient workouts allow you to maximise your time and energy efficiently. They also mean you do not have to spend extra money in long drawn out sessions you do not need.

  • Warm up and mobility drills are available for all clients to perform before workouts, again saving you money on a trainer going through this with you.

Add on workshops, introductions & sessions

  • 3 Workout starter/taster package- £20 per session.

    Sessions 1- Squat Workshop (45-55min) followed by a a Metabolic Conditioning workout (15-25min).

    Session 2- Olympic Lifting Workshop (45-65min).

    Session 3- Chipper workout (25-55min).

  • 75-90min introduction to Olympic lifting- £45 per session.

    Session 1- Snatch, Clean and Jerk technique (75-90min).

    Optional 2nd session- Working sets and advanced techniques (50-60min).

  • Squat workshop- £20 per session.

    Session 1- Learn proper technique in squat variations such as air, back, front, overhead, pistol and goblet squats.

    Session 2- Advanced mobility drills for improving squat depth, control and posture.

  • Olympic lifting session- £42.50 per session.

    Snatch, Clean and Jerk working sets and advanced technique (60-75mins). This is for people who are competent already in these lifts.

  • Bench, Deadlift & Squat workshop- £20 per session.

    Session 1- Bench and Deadlift technique (45-60mins).

    Session 2- Squat technique (45-60mins).

    Working sets will be completed if competent in lifts.

Completion of The Olympic Lifting Workshop or the Starter Package is recommended before any other packages are purchased to get the most out of your workouts. They are also discounted when added on to a 4 week package.
