So if you have someone you want to train with or a group of people with mixed abilities you can still train together.

Diet advice & nutrition plans

Diet advice is offered as Aaron is highly qualified and seasoned in nutritional guidance. Nutrition plans can be purchased specific to your needs and lifestyle. The plans can fit into any lifestyle type, from someone who eats out all the time to someone who has a gluten intolerance.

Access to warm ups & specialised mobility drills

All clients receive the password to our detailed mobility and warm up drills.

Free consultation & taster session

Prior to booking any sessions a free initial consultation and taster session is provided. This is to access your mobility, movement patterns, fitness level and to create an appropriate course of action (choose appropriate session types).

 

Session types and prices

METCON (Metabolic Conditioning)- 25mins:

  • 2 to 5 movements performed at a high level of intensity to rapidly burn fat and maximise muscle building in a short period of time.

  • Your metabolic, muscular, cardiovascular and central nervous system are all being worked hence the significant results it produces.

  • The most time efficient way to get fit, lean and strong.

  • You must be warmed up prior to training.

CHIPPER- 40mins:

  • Just like the METCON just a little less intense and longer.

  • 4 to 10 movements done at a moderate level of intensity.

  • Ideal for those training with a partner, in a group, beginners, older clients or those less mobile.

  • You must be warmed up prior to training.

PERSONAL TRAINING- 60mins:

  • Targeting warm up and specific mobility drills for the workout.

  • Specialised technique work.

  • Targeted weightlifting.

  • Includes a Metcon/Chipper workout.

  • Can be specialised in Weightlifting, Powerlifting or Olympic lifting.

Workshops & Starter package

  • 2 Session starter package- £60 total.

    Each session last approximately 1 hour.

    Sessions 1- Squat Improvement session followed by a Metabolic Conditioning workout.

    Session 2- Introduction to Olympic Lifting followed by a Metabolic Conditioning workout.

  • 2 Session Squat workshop- £50 total.

    Each session last approximately 45 minutes.

    Session 1- Learn proper technique in squat variations such as air, back, front, overhead, pistol and goblet squats.

    Session 2- Advanced mobility drills for improving squat depth, control and posture. Working sets of appropriate squat variants.

 
  • Advanced Olympic lifting/Powerlifting course- £500 (£25 per session) 20 week course.

    Olympic lifting introduction can count as 3 of the 20 sessions and be reduced from the total cost.

    Sessions will range from 45-70 minutes depending on where in the course you are at.

    This course comes with advanced personalised programming (up to 9 sessions per week).

    Personalised mobility/warm up routines are provided with focus on Prehab. Rehab routines are also offered whilst working around existing injuries or mobility issues.

  • Additional Olympic lifting/Powerlifting sessions- £30 per session or £120/£175 for a 4/6 week course.

    4/6 week course come with personalised programming (up to 5 sessions per week).

  • Olympic lifting introduction- £90 total.

    Each session last approximately 1 hour.

    Sessions will cover barbell, kettlebell & dumbbell variations if applicable.

    Personalised mobility/warm up routines are provided with focus on Prehab. Rehab routines are also offered whilst working around existing injuries or mobility issues.

    Session 1- Correction of movement patterns. Squat revision and improvements.

    Session 2- Clean & Jerk workshop

    Session 3- Snatch workshop
