The Train Like An Athlete Programme, Non-Runner to Marathon-Runner and warm up/mobility plans are available FREE for personal training clients and with a Physique Box purchase (your password will be active for the month you receive your Physique Box).

The Train Like An Athlete Programme consists of ongoing comprehensive training to maximise your fitness level. It can be used by anyone who can perform the basic lifts with good technique. For a list of pre programme requirements please contact us. Every exercise can be scaled and weights adjusted to meet anyones needs from new lifter to professional athlete.

The Train Like An Athlete Programme is available online and on our app (log in/download info is provided upon sign up). You can view them in our app where you can log weights, times and comments on your workouts. You can also interact with others on their fitness journeys by commenting to each others workouts and offering ‘fist bumps’!
