Personal training packages:

12 month contract with rolling month agreement there after:

  • One 30-45min PT session a week - £37.5 per session (£150 per month)

  • Two 30-45min PT session a week - £35 per session (£280 per month)

  • Three 30-45min PT session a week - £32.50 per session (£390 per month)

Monthly rolling agreement (cancel any time with 1 month notice):

  • One 30-45min PT session a week - £40 per session (£160 per month)

  • Two 30-45min PT session a week - £37.50 per session (£300 per month)

  • Three 30-45min PT session a week - £35 per session (£420 per month)

The Train Like An Athlete Programme, Non-Runner to Marathon-Runner and warm up/mobility plans are available FREE for all ongoing clients.

Add a friend or partner into your agreement for just an additional £10 per session per person, allowing you to share the cost of training and experience your fitness journey together.
