Non-Runner to Marathon-Runner is available free for existing clients on 4 week packages or more. Or it can be purchase for a one of payment of £120, including 6 Chipper workouts (just £20 per session). These workouts are 24-45 minutes long and help you strengthen your body by building the muscle needed to run a marathon while the training plan focuses on the endurance and actual running. The session are split every 2 weeks throughout the 16 week programme.
