Train Like An Athlete Programme- A workout every day is available. You don’t need to be an athlete to train like one.

Non-Runner to Marathon-Runner Programme- A step by step guide to get you ready for your first marathon.

Personal Training- If you opt in you will be on the waiting list for a personal training session when a cancellation arises.

Photography Package- After 3 consecutive purchases you receive a photoshoot experience to document your fitness journey.

Booking in advance is required - spaces each month are limited due to maximum class numbers. However there are 1-2 classes per week for each class so this should not be an issue.

We created Physique Box to help local people get fitter and have fun whilst doing it, all for less then half the average UK gym membership. Over 40% of people with an active gym membership over 3 months old train less then 4 times per month. In Britain a recent poll shown that 21% said they visited their gym just three times a year and 11% hadn’t gone in a year!

We believe these statistics are caused by two things: Firstly variety in training - hence why we offer different #fitsperiences each month. Secondly we believe the support isn’t there for members. With Physique Box we get you experiencing new things with new like-minded people who you can share your fitness journey with.

 

We are not about creating just healthy bodies, but healthy minds too!

 

Meeting new people and making new friends with similar interests as we get older is much harder. It’s even harder to meet new people and make new friends outside the workplace. So here at Physique Box we are here to help with that. Your fitness journey doesn’t have to be on your own, share it, experience it and have fun doing it with old and new friends!
